Orchard Barn is spacious, detached and oak framed, set in a large garden with pretty woodlands. It has a stunning double height ceiling, giving a truly romantic feel. The cottage is equipped to meet all your needs, from luxurious white linen by Beaumont & Brown, to robes for the spa. I aim to ensure that all my guests have a truly memorable stay.

It has a beautiful wood fired hot tub .Every aspect of the property is finished to the highest standard. Close to all the wonderful local amenities such as the beautiful market town of romsey only a 5 minute drive! Also the beautiful historic city of Winchester.

Features inside include a double bed, trap-door bath, toilet, and large ‘wagon wheel’ window with stunning views. Outdoors is the Wild Cherry Barn with chiminea fireplace and a saloon seating area with pizza oven and campfire with BBQ grill. The Wagon in the Woods is a bespoke, self-contained little place in the country with a private woodland, ideal for those wanting a tranquil and restful getaway.

Set in beautiful surroundings, Oak Lodge is a mini log cabin built for 2! Step straight off the decking into your hot tub, enjoy the natural surroundings, visit one of the many local attractions or cosy-up by the fire! Oak Lodge comes complete with bedding, towels, fully-equipped kitchen, log burner, tv and its own wood-fired hot tub! Check-in days are Fridays and Mondays, minimum 3-night stay (please note, this may change over the Christmas period). This is an adult-only, pet-free site.

Our Pods are close to the village of Kingsley which has a quaint village store and pub. Our pods have underfloor heating, bathroom and lots of cosy extras. You’ll love the venue because of the rural location, the snugness and comfort of the pods. The Pods are situated in an orchard on a working farm.

The Nook is a hideout filled with little luxuries for a relaxing escape. Originally the out building of our grade 2 listed cottage, this little studio boasts a Hot tub in the courtyard, overlooked by mature trees & lit by festoon lights. A calming, chic interior, with everything you need to start your break. A fully equipped kitchenette, and enticingly comfy double bed, and timeless music playing through the Roberts radio. A contemporary shower room, complete with toiletries.

Pop next door to Furzeley golf club for a round of golf or round the corner to the fisheries, saddle up for a ride in the South Downs or hop in the car and visit Portsmouth Historic Dockyard or Goodwood. 1 kingsize bedroom (can be made into twin). Highlights include the roll top bath, log burning stove, private patio, and use of the outdoor hydrotherapy Jacuzzi located within our stunning 1-acre garden.
