Unplug at this peaceful and secluded campsite! Includes a raised platform for you to set your own tent on, a roofed kitchenette, clean outhouse, drinking water, firewood and toilet paper provided. The Mossy Glen is on the edge of a pristine woodland forest where deer roam free and owls sing each night. Sit under the stars on the tent deck, gather by the campfire or book an evening at our wood fired hot tubs (Extra add-on $125 includes 2 heated claw-foot tubs, a bottle of wine, clean towels!)

River Run is an incredibly peaceful and private property with a Har-Tru tennis court and cedar hot tub in the Berkshire hills! This 1815 double cape farmhouse has been lovingly restored, renovated and expanded over the past 30 yrs. It comfortably sleeps 10 adults (12-14 with couches/blow ups). Our favorite things: tennis, hot tub, firepit in the woods, swimming in lakes and rivers, cross-country skiing, watching the sunset from the front porch, and sleeping to the sounds of the river!

Not only will you have access to the hot tub and walk in the hay fields behind the house but we are directly across from the Connecticut River. Perfect spot for swimming or kayaking. Enjoy a beautiful view of the mountains/hay and corn fields from multiple rooms in the house. This space is above an all female wood working shop, happy to give tour!

NOW WITH A HOT TUB!! Fully- private master bedroom suite available in a quiet neighborhood near everything in Northampton! Your own porch with a cafe table and chairs leads to your private entrance to the suite. Roomy and bright bedroom has a huge bathroom with a shower, office/ kitchenette/ eating area, and closet with fully-supplied laundry. The king bed includes a locally-made, medium-firm mattress and abundant bedding. The TV is connected by Roku to all major streaming services.

Our guest house is in a quiet woodsy neighborhood 1 mile from Smith College. We are 2 miles from downtown Northampton. There is one queen bed downstairs, another queen upstairs in bedroom 2, and two twin beds in bedroom 3. There is a washer/dryer, fireplace, and back deck with gardens and woodlands. We have a new patio and hot tub right off the deck in a private area. There is a short river walk at the end of the block and a nearby trail meanders along the river.
