Built in 2023. Our A-Frame style home is located on thirty acres of maple, oak, pine & sassafras rising out of a blanket of ferns set in the Manistee National Forest. Over a mile of well maintained hiking trail winds through the woods. This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan. Hosting adults only, no children or pets permitted inside the A, which is designed by a couple to create a perpetually quiet and relaxing place for other couples and ourselves.

Situated on Hamlin Lake lies this 1 bedroom 1 bath cozy cottage with a screened porch (think lake views, breezes, sunsets), A/C, full bath and fully equipped kitchen. Take in lake sunsets, a shared small sandy beach, playground, firepit, beach chairs and a parking spot for your boat! **Boat slip must be reserved** Spend your days boating, visiting Ludington State Park, exploring Ludington’s shops and restaurants, or beach-combing along Lake Michigan. These are just a few adventures that await!

We have a fully equipped kitchen & smart tvs in most rooms, fire pit, large upper deck. 2 kayaks available to use as well as a washer and dryer. Quiet hours (10:00 PM-8:00 AM), parking for 3 vehicles. - No smoking - Pet friendly w/ $60 pet fee per pet/per stay (+ fees & taxes, 2 max) - No events, parties, or large gatherings -Min age 25.

Beautiful view of Lincoln Lake. We are in the perfect location, 3 miles to town and 3 miles to the State Park, right on Lincoln Lake. Come and enjoy some time relaxing in a private guest house. Enjoy a hot tub or time in the sauna, after a nice ride on kayaks. Two kayaks are for your use while you visit. Lincoln Lake goes right out into Lake Michigan. We offer Wi-Fi and a fully private kitchen, living room w/ TV, dining room, bedroom, and office. Ludington has a ton of wonderful things to do.

Social distancing done right! Relax and unwind. Enjoy the beautiful views of nature and unforgettable sunsets from our Little Slice of Hamlin. We are located on the main lake. Rent water toys to play in the summer or ice fish in the winter! Drive 10 minutes to downtown Ludington, Ludington Beach, or the State Park. Inside enjoy fun family board games, Wi-Fi internet, and a Roku to access any streaming service, as well as a DVD player. You’ll love this location and the opportunity to escape!

Grandma’s House is located 3.5 miles away from downtown Scottville, 20 minutes from Stearns Park beach in Ludington, 31 minutes from Little 'O' ORV trails, several bike trails within driving distance and 2.5 miles from the Pere Marquette River. The property is located on the historic Maple Wood Farm in rural Scottville. Outdoor opportunities located near the house include: Ludington State Park, Bike Trails, Pere Marquette river and many other fishing and outdoor recreation areas.

The Swallow Cottage in Vacation Lane

Enjoy our cottage with access to a private beach on Hamlin Lake. We are located 3 miles from the State Park and 5 miles from downtown Ludington. The Swallow is a perfect place to relax with your family and enjoy the water and a bonfire in the evening. Included is WIFI, cable, a full private kitchen, living/dining room. 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. You must bring all of your own linens, bedding, and towels for bath/kitchen. ***NO DOGS/ANIMALS, will be subject to $200 fine.***
