Cottage annex is all yours & we would encourage you to relax in our garden which is filled with treeferns. The garden has been featured on BBC Gardeners World & is frequently on Welsh tv ‘Garddio a Mwy’. The main cottage has been featured on Welsh house style programme ‘Dan Do’ as well as Channel 4s A Place in the Sun: Home or Away. It is a small cottage and garden; we love it & hope you will too! The panoramic views of Snowdonia from the lane will take your breath away, as will the spectacular sunsets – weather permitting ! Pets are always welcome. Stables Cottage has a large enclosed patio / garden area - safe for children and pets.

Hafod Y Llan Bach - a real escape to the country

Get away from the everyday with a break in the mountains of Wales. This private, detached barn conversion has it's own terrace, a wonderful open plan kitchen living room and a glamorous and romantic bedroom with an ensuite. Step outside and there are over 25 miles of forestry track starting from the front door and the 4.5 mile long Alwen Reservoir just 5 minutes walk away. Y Llew Bach is a our one bedroom 300 year old cottage ideal for couples and friends. We do have a small double sofa bed for 1 adult or 2 children. Open 4 nights a week is our quiet country pub The Lion Inn serving amazing homemade food and takeaway pizzas. Deep in the Welsh countryside situated on The Pilgrims Way, we offer spectacular views within easy reach of Snowdonia and the Welsh coast. Local attractions include Zip World, Betws-Y-Coed, Conwy, lots of castles and Beautiful beaches.

Y Caban 1 bedroom cosy and unique cabin stay

Come and stay at Y Caban where you can leave behind the worries of the world and relax in luxury in this one off barn conversion. The cabin has its own small kitchen/diner, living room, bathroom and the bedroom is in an adjoining old converted stone barn. Please note there is 2 buildings, one contains the kitchen/bathroom/living area etc. And the other adjoining building contains the bedroom as seen on pics. So you do need to go outside and into the main area when you require the bathroom.

Approx 4 miles from Betws y Coed and Llanrwst. Good base for outdoor activites in the area like Zip world, Bounce Below etc. with the coasts of Llandudno/Colwyn Bay approx 20 miles from farm. Good base for guests who enjoy being outdoors either walking, cycling or visiting Snowdonia. Car essential due to location. Sorry, no Pets.
