Bring the family for fishing, fun and relaxation while enjoying our cozy 3 bedroom/2 bath home across the street from beautiful Lake Guntersville! Perfect central location, sleeps 8 comfortably, easy in/out level parking for 3 trucks w/ boats; outside electric plugs and LESS THAN 1 block from our largest public boat ramp. Across the street is our 7 mile park bordering the lake with walking/bicycle trails, playground, picnic areas, basketball, 2 miles from Superior Courts & historic downtown.

Deep water Lake House

This is a small lake house with deep water access on spring creek at Lake Weiss. We have a 2 level boat dock and private boat ramp for small boats . The upper deck is great for sunning or enjoying the views and below is great for parking ur boat, fishing and swimming. We have a kamado Joe grill for smoking, roasting or grilling and a gas grill for convenience. Great screened in porch for times the bugs are out. Our house us pet friendly as well. Great vacation spot for time on the lake!!

TV's in all the rooms, fiber internet, stand alone ice maker & all the amenities you need to enjoy the great outdoors! Quiet neighborhood. Please keep outside noise to a minimum. No large parties or gatherings are allowed.

The guest house is your lake cottage home away from home. The house is directly on the water with access to dock your boat outside with ample bumpers at the boathouse on property. The location is right around the corner from City Park for loading and unloading and Goosepond Colony. Great fisherman's cabin with boat parking..protect your boat with covered parking and charging stations. Very quiet cabin in a small subdivision. Please be aware the house is in Marshall county not the city of Guntersville. You will be out in farmland! The cabin accommodates four people, pets are allowed, limit 2 pets under 40 lbs each. Second bathroom off back porch with laundry. Full Kitchen. back deck and front porch for enjoying nature.

Close to the beautiful Tennessee river ,some of the boat ramp are 3-4 miles away, Walmart restaurants and high school walking trails less than a mile, highway 72 is about 1/4 mile and hwy 35 is about 1 -1/2 miles from the house. Free EV charger in premises, plenty parking even if you have a fishing boat . ! Absolutely no smoking in the house if you have to smoke you can do it outside.!
