No need to have a car. You can easily walk to all the downtown restaurants, coffee shops and to the grocery store. We are also a few blocks away from Western Colorado University. The house was fully remodeled in 2017 and is very clean. No pets have been in the house since the remodel. Keyless entry!

This home is one side of a duplex. There is one short adjoining wall. I occupy the other side of the house. I welcome your pet and ask that you disclose if you are bringing a pet. There will be a pet fee of $75 for each pet. Rental License #001328, 1 Parking Spot, 4 people total occupancy.
