Our house, located in Downtown Gunnison, is the perfect base camp for your family vacation. The house is kid friendly. We are conveniently located one block from the free bus to Crested Butte. No need to have a car. You can easily walk to all the downtown restaurants, coffee shops and to the grocery store. We are also a few blocks away from Western Colorado University. The house was fully remodeled in 2017 and is very clean. No pets have been in the house since the remodel. Keyless entry!

Historic Main Street Lofts (3rd floor)

Newly renovated loft in a building that is on the National Register of Historic Places. Centrally located in the Gunnison Valley, the loft is in downtown Gunnison and is walking distance from shops, restaurants, grocery stores and WCU. In the summer, you can enjoy hiking, biking, ATV trails, fly fishing, rafting, horseback riding and golfing. Crested Butte is 30 minutes away and the wildflower capital of Colorado. In the winter, Crested Butte Ski resort and Monarch Mountain are 45 minutes away.

Multiple access points to the Grand Mesa, the ultimate outdoor playground for snowmobiling, hiking, motorcycling, ATVs, UTVs, fishing & hunting! Extra parking for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or snowmobiles! YMR permits guests to bring one furbaby without pre-approval ($100 pet fee still applies). An oversize 1 car garage will keep your car warm and provide a safe space for your skis and bikes. Enjoy the patio and grill, too!

Cosy Dos Rios Golf Course Condo

Please ask about monthly rental. The Fairway Condominiums are located on the Dos Rios Golf Course just west of Gunnison, CO. This is a clean, spacious condo with two large bedrooms, two newly renovated bathrooms on an end unit with one car garage. Enjoy time exploring the area or grilling on the back patio. Gunnison is known for its rock climbing, endless biking, and hiking trails, beautiful star-filled nights, the golf course, floating on the river, fishing, and the Blue Mesa Reservoir.

An approximately 800 sq ft cabin. Comfortably sleeps 4, can sleep 5 adults; extra beds for children. Spectrum Internet & TV are provided. Kitchen has a full size refrigerator & stove, pots, pans & dishes. Free washer & dryer available. Open living area has a day bed with trundle. Upstairs loft has a queen bed & queen futon. Backyard is fenced for children and/or dog(s) (dogs require permission). Private Gunnison River frontage is out the back gate. You can fish or relax & enjoy the view.

Perfect place for cyclists and mountain lovers to share with two families or a small group of friends. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by legal guardians. Cottonwood Cottage, one of the original Gunnison Ranch homes. Conveniently located three miles north of town and just off the walking trail:) Gunnison offers everything an outdoor person loves, hiking, biking, kayaking, fishing, you name it, it’s here and within minutes of enjoying. There are two bedrooms and one bath. The first bedroom has a king bed, the second has a full bunk bed, and the living room offers a pull-out couch. No Pets allowed. No Smoking of any kind.
