Just a bit off of Highway 65 sits Tongue Creek Ranch. The Ranch is located in the fertile valley junction of Tongue Creek and Surface Creek. Enjoy your own private 2 bed 1 bath ranch house. Both bedrooms have a super comfy pillow top queen size bed. WIFI is a fast 1gig fiber optic line. Enjoy a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a sleeper sofa in the family room. The front patio is always in the shade. Ask about the optional cabin on site for use as a private detached room for overflow family.

The Orchard House

**A devastating freeze in October 2020 killed all 400 of our sweet cherry trees and many of our peach trees. Sadly, our orchard is not the lush green jewel it once was. We are planting new cherry trees in the Spring of 2022. While the orchard views have changed, the Orchard House continues to offer a very comfortable place to rest and recharge. Come enjoy fresh air and quiet whether you are stopping through on a road trip or staying longer for local adventure. Fast WiFi for telecommuting!

Historic Main Street Lofts (2nd floor)

Newly renovated loft in a building that is on the National Register of Historic Places. Centrally located in the Gunnison Valley, the loft is in downtown Gunnison and walking distance from shops, restaurants, grocery stores and WCU. In the summer, you can enjoy hiking, biking, ATV trails, fly fishing, rafting, horseback riding and golfing. Crested Butte is a half hour away and is the wildflower capital of Colorado. In the winter, Crested Butte Ski resort and Monarch Mountain are 45 minutes away.

The Pine Street Carriage House

Be our guest in a bright new carriage apartment above the garage. Warm, in-floor radiant heat and gas fireplace for cozy nights. Feels spacious with lots of windows and 9 ft ceilings. Downtown Gunnison 3 bd 2 ba

Our house, located in Downtown Gunnison, is the perfect base camp for your family vacation. The house is kid friendly. We are conveniently located one block from the free bus to Crested Butte. No need to have a car. You can easily walk to all the downtown restaurants, coffee shops and to the grocery store. We are also a few blocks away from Western Colorado University. The house was fully remodeled in 2017 and is very clean. No pets have been in the house since the remodel. Keyless entry!

Yonder Mountain Retreat

A beautiful guesthouse on 5 acres a few miles north of the quaint town of Cedaredge. Multiple access points to the Grand Mesa, the ultimate outdoor playground for snowmobiling, hiking, motorcycling, ATVs, UTVs, fishing & hunting! Extra parking for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or snowmobiles! YMR permits guests to bring one furbaby without pre-approval ($100 pet fee still applies). Backyard is fenced for children and/or dog(s) (dogs require permission). Private Gunnison River frontage is out the back gate. You can fish or relax & enjoy the view.
