Our house, located in Downtown Gunnison, is the perfect base camp for your family vacation. The house is kid friendly. We are conveniently located one block from the free bus to Crested Butte. No need to have a car. You can easily walk to all the downtown restaurants, coffee shops and to the grocery store. We are also a few blocks away from Western Colorado University. The house was fully remodeled in 2017 and is very clean. No pets have been in the house since the remodel. Keyless entry!

Kitchen has a full size refrigerator & stove, pots, pans & dishes. Free washer & dryer available. Open living area has a day bed with trundle. Upstairs loft has a queen bed & queen futon. Backyard is fenced for children and/or dog(s) (dogs require permission). Private Gunnison River frontage is out the back gate. You can fish or relax & enjoy the view.

Conveniently located three miles north of town and just off the walking trail:) Gunnison offers everything an outdoor person loves, hiking, biking, kayaking, fishing, you name it, it’s here and within minutes of enjoying. There are two bedrooms and one bath. The first bedroom has a king bed, the second has a full bunk bed, and the living room offers a pull-out couch. No Pets allowed. No Smoking of any kind.
