This is a beach side condo and only 100 steps from the beach!! Our property is a low density complex with less than 40 units on the property. We have private beach access which is limited to renters & owners only. There is a brand new private boardwalk leading you directly to your beach spot! We also have a small convenience store located directly across the complex and we are in walking distance to The Hangout! WiFi works great!!

Casa Verde: Heated Pool +JET SKI & Pontoon rental

Across the street is the ocean & behind the house is the lagoon; it's the best of both worlds. Swim, fish, crab & paddle board in the lagoon, then swim in the ocean & chill on the beach. Rinse off in the outdoor shower & enjoy the heated pool. FYI: pool heating costs extra: $50 per day (for 8 hours of heating - you pick the hours). You're welcome to use the Green Egg grill. We rent kayaks, a paddle board & a jet ski too.
