Private Beach House in Las Conchas

Our treasured family on-the-beach house was designed by my grandfather and built 65 years ago. It has since then been remodeled and upgraded frequently. Highlights include two large beautiful domed ceilings giving the primary rooms unique acoustics and amazing above-head space, an expansive stargazing deck, a luxurious master room, and beautiful themed tiling throughout. Update 06/ 2022: We take guest feedback seriously! We recently have added new blinds, a new gas grill, and satellite TV.

Giving you the luxury of the open outdoors, the feeling of privacy with out being secluded. Easily accessible and comfortable. The space is intimate. Note: Dogs welcome, no other pets please. A beautiful setting with a very comfy and clean home. The house offers a screened in porch from which to watch beautiful sunsets and an outdoor Ramada from which to bird watch, grill or enjoy a glass of wine. Under the Oaks is located under 3 enormous oak trees; hence the name. These beautiful trees offer shade, scenery and homes to many varieties of birds.
