The Perch is just what its name implies. In a world of its own,it proudly sits on the third floor of the Inn.With an open floor plan,it is the largest and only guest room on this floor. It features a king bed,an open bathroom with a deep two person whirlpool tub and separate shower. It has a sitting area,and a nook with a day bed,perfect for a little quiet reading time.Some of the walls are original beaded board that have a beautiful aged color

A charming, light filled room is comfortably furnished with one queen bed, TV, gorgeous decorative Art Deco fireplace, en-suite bathroom, and windows overlooking Elm Street and Fisher Park. Ideal for longer term stays and remote work lifestyle. Please note that host does not provide a hot breakfast.
