Centrally located, my place is quiet, bright, secluded - just a few minutes away from hundreds of local cafe's, restaurants, shops and bars. Take a stroll or break into a run along Akerselva river or in the expansive public parks nearby. Walk, bike, scooter, or ride the "trikk" to anywhere - or stay at home with a book in our backyard.

Within few steps you can enjoy a coffee at Tim Wendelboe's, steel a kiss at the fountain on Olaf Ryes plass, pass the waterfall to a culinary stroll of Europe in one building - Mathallen or see a concert at Parkteatret. And you didn't even leave the hood. ;)

Denne koselige leiligheten ligger midt på Grünerløkka, det hippeste området i hele Oslo. Leiligheten ligger i nærheten av alt, noe som gjør det enkelt å planlegge besøket. I løpet av 1-5 min. gange kan du nå Sofienbergparken, Rathkes plass, Restauranten Apostrophe, Botanisk Hage, 6-7 ulike matbutikker, mange restauranter og enda flere bruktbutikker. Leiligheten i seg selv har mange autentiske detaljer, som original vedkomfyr og panelvegger. Leiligheten er 40 kvm og har en lav seng.

This apartment is perfectly placed between two lovely parks: Torshovdalen + Torshovparken. It is a beautiful building from 1920 and the apartment has been renovated recently. The subway is a 5 min walk, and the bus to the center is on the doorstep. Grünerløkka is a short 15 min walk away. There are four sand volleyball courts 500m away. Latest check in time is 22:30 500NOK fee if it is later. Cleaning costs in Oslo are 1200NOK for two hours. I have put 600NOK so we share the cost.

Leiligheten ligger i en gammel mursteinsbygård i hjertet av Grünerløkka, men den ligger i en rolig gate med soverom mot bakgården. Leiligheten har balkong og en koselig peis på kjøkkenet. Jeg bor selv i leiligheten når den ikke leies ut, så det vil være noen private gjenstander der. Det er ingen aircondition i leiligheten, men naturlig ventilasjon. Sengen er 150 cm bred, rent sengetøy blir lagt frem på sengen, men legges på selv.
