Facing our neighbor's yard, you may even get to see wildlife passing through. With a king-sized bed, fireplace heater, nice-sized bathroom, closet, sit/stand desk, Keurig, television, and its own entrance, you can be comfortable whether you are here for business or for pleasure!

The Redwood Retreat

Near Lake Temescal, Redwd Regional Prk, Bart, Hwy 13, Rockridge,Montclair, Dwntwn. We completely remodeled our guest house with a focus on short term tenants. Lots of storage within one of the most quite settings you will find. We made a thoughtful attempt to load the unit with everything u might need while away. The kitchen is functional to the point that you could actually cook a Thanksgiving dinner, multiple frying pans to crock pots a blender or chefs knives. Bathroom sundries abound!

This spacious, bright bedroom with a private attached bathroom is situated at the back of the house and opens onto a shared garden. Sleep on a king memory foam mattress and enjoy the natural light that pours through the skylight. This centrally located home is: * 3 min walk to coffee, cafes and shops * 8 min walk to UC Berkeley * 18 min walk to downtown Berkeley BART * 20 min walk to the Greek Theatre No car is needed to get around but off-street parking is available with advance notice.

An open-concept, one-bedroom, 2-story home in University Uplands. Pleasantly tucked into Claremont Canyon. This home was built in 1969 and belonged to renowned architectural historian Spiro Kostof. It is a peaceful space tucked against the hillside, surrounded by nature. You’ll feel like you’re staying in the country, when in fact, you’re only 5 minutes away from UC Berkeley and BART, with easy access to San Francisco.

Cozy Home + Garden in the Hills

Nestled at the top of the Berkeley Hills, just outside Tilden national reserve, with beautiful views of the bay from the neighborhood. There is a bedroom, bathroom, and central room with kitchenette. The space is cozy and fit for a maximum of 2 visitors. The yard fully fenced and private for you and any four legged travelers. Pets do require a separate cleaning fee so we ask you register them as you book.

Painting Studio in the Trees

Located halfway up the steep Berkeley hillside in a quiet residential area. The space has amazing natural light with 4 skylights and garden facing windows. There is a patio deck with table and chairs to enjoy meals outdoors. Previously an art studio, now a simple detached cottage at the entrance of our property. Berkeley Bitty House - a little bit of home

The Berkeley Bitty House is our cozy little detached guesthouse, located in a quiet residential neighborhood that is a few minutes drive to campus and within walking distance to many landmarks. Although itty bitty, it feels luminous and private, with a large skylight and windows that overlook a private deck with hot tub. The view of the bay from the private deck is breathtaking.

Modern Garden Apartment

Relax in the heart of North Berkeley, only blocks away from UC Berkeley and easy access to the greater Bay area. Our modern, light-filled apartment at garden level includes a spacious main living and kitchen space, and a large bedroom, and luxurious bathroom. We have have Hepa filters in the apartment to ensure cleanliness and maximize environmental safety.

Traditional Japanese Tea House

Traditional Japanese architecture tucked away in a great Berkeley neighborhood. Peaceful and quiet but just a few blocks to UC Berkeley, all the restaurants of the "Gourmet Ghetto", and the North Berkeley Bart station. Brand new and very easy to use heater/air conditioner installed in March 2023 Berkeley Short Term Rental Registration # ZCSTR2017-0007.
