The kitchen got a wonderful facelift with new quartz countertops and vinyl plank flooring. The back yard boasts a brand new Weber grill! Come enjoy a fire in the firepit and roast marshmallows with the firewood provided and all of the gear! You are just a short walk to downtown and a short drive to the beach!

Frank Lloyd Wright's The Meyer House

Seize this opportunity to stay in a Frank Lloyd Wright treasure! Mahogany accents have been meticulously restored, and the gardens are in full bloom throughout the season. Awarded the Seth Peterson Cottage Conservancy's 2019 Visser Award for Outstanding Restoration of a FLW House and the 2021 Wright Spirit Award in the private category. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Located on Grand Haven's main shopping and dining corridor, this unique, beautifully updated 1890s Victorian is within walking distance to all Grand Haven has to offer including the beach, musical fountain, waterfront stadium, dining and more. There is a carriage house at the back of the property that is available for use seasonally included with your rental. Wedding/event fees may apply, please inquire.

Coastal theme/wooded & large deck/fenced-in yard

Nestled in the woods on the northside of Holland just into Port Sheldon Township. Close to township beaches/parks and just 3 miles from Pigeon Lake public boat launch, which is connected to Lake Michigan. Home was remodeled in 2022, including new kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops. Home is on bike path that leads to downtown Holland (6 miles) and Grand Haven (14 miles). A couple miles north of home is Sandy Point Beach House restaurant with outdoor bar and seating area. Beautiful area!!

Come enjoy all Grand Haven has to offer! Located on a quiet street near downtown you can walk to the waterfront and down to the beach, farmers market, downtown and so much more! Need more room for your group - we also own Ruth's Retreat which is just around the corner and 2 houses down! Like most homes in this part of town - this house is over 100 years old! We love the character and stories these old houses hold - but please note that also means some steep stairs to the second floor.
