We believe adventure shouldn't mean sacrificing comfort. This cabin blends rustic charm with modern convenience: Creature Comforts & Key Features Spectacular Vistas: Enjoy breathtaking views from the wrap-around deck, where hummingbirds often greet you at the feeders. Secluded Privacy: Located on a half-mile private lane, you are completely isolated from crowds and noise pollution. Stay Connected & Entertained: HI-Speed Fiber cable internet, Good cell service, a 52-inch flat-screen TV with a family movie inventory, and games. Rest & Refresh: Three cozy bedrooms with soft down comforters, two full bathrooms, and hot showers. Chef's Basecamp: Modern kitchen with all the gadgets, a BBQ grill, and a fire pit (subject to fire restrictions). Currently closed due to fire restrictions imposed by forest service. Isolated Location: 13 miles East from Moab and minutes from the trailheads of Slickrock, Porcupine Rim, and Kokopelli. Three routes to the cabin, Sand Flats, LaSal Mountain loop (paved except the last five miles into cabin), and Castle Valley, also paved until the last five miles into the cabin Important Booking Notice (Safety & Scheduling) Due to our cleaning crew's scheduling needs and to ensure the highest standard of cleanliness, a 24-hour buffer between all guests is strictly enforced. Check-out: 9:00 AM Check-in: 24 hours after the previous guest’s departure (e.g., if a guest checks out Monday at 9 AM, the next check-in is Tuesday at noon). Enjoy the weather from the screened-in porch with a table and chairs, plus a picnic table and fire pit. Shared bathroom and showers are located nearby for your convenience.

Our Top of the World Vacation Rentals can sleep up to 6 adults. They come with a queen in the primary bedroom, twin bunks in the second bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room, & two queen beds in the overhead loft area. The kitchen provides full appliances. RVs and Camping Trailers are not permitted to park at vacation rental parking at any time. Utility trailers hauling toys will require booking a second site due to extremely limited, to no overflow parking. Please call for details

Cabin with a shared bathhouse/restroom that is within a short walking distance. It is a one-room rental that includes a full bed and bunk beds to accommodate up to 4 guests. The cabin has a unique western theme and surrounds a community firepit. This rental also provides linens, heater and window air conditioner, a built-in table and bench for seating, a mini refrigerator, microwave, flat screen cable TV and WiFi to keep you connected. 4 Person Camping Cabin in Moab

Our Rustic one-room 4 person Camping Cabin (~120 sq ft) features a queen bed and twin bunk beds. There is A/C, heat, Wi-Fi, porch, picnic table, grill, bike racks, parking. No refrigerator. There is no bathroom or running water. Restroom facilities and outdoor kitchen sink are nearby for your convenience. Bed Linens and towels are not included but can be rented for a fee of $40 let us know if you will need them before arrival. Pets OK, there is an additional $50 Fee.

This 1 bedroom 1 bath, full kitchen cottage is located at Ballard RV Park, a small quiet park located off I-70 at exit 187, 35 miles from Moab. There is an Exxon/7-11 right at the exit. Pets are welcome with a $25 PET FEE. We are 10 miles north of some of the best & well preserved Dinosaur tracks in the world and close to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. Our houses have accumulated over 700 5 star reviews. Come enjoy some of the best that nature has to offer.
