Apartment on a farm in the beautiful countryside

This apartment is part of a converted row of workers’ cottages on our farm, which is situated on the edge of the Kilsbergen mountain range, 2 kilometres south of the village of Mullhyttan. Parts of the apartment is newly renovated and contains everything you will need for staying. In the surrounding countryside there are beautiful walking paths. The local bus stops 250 metres from the front door. You will find a lovely lake for swimming 4 kilometres away,and the large town Örebro 40 km away.

A Peaceful, easy and cozy cabin by the Lake. A private cabin with high ceiling, a loft and nice windows with a gorgeous view with a backyard lake. A quiet oasis 10 minutes from Karlskoga and 25 minutes from Örebro. NEW: -There is also a beautiful newly build sauna available for rent. - A new separate bathroom is available for use. Toilet, shower as well as drinking water. The bathroom is shared with another cottage, meaning that you won't have the bathroom all by yourself.

Detta boende är perfekt för dig som arbetar tillfälligt i Karlskoga eller som vill ha ett eget tillfälligt boende mellan Karlskoga och Degerfors. Boendet är i ett väldigt lugnt område en bit utanför stan, och med sjöutsikt i öster Lägenheten har två sovrum, en toalett, ett badrum med tvättmaskin och torktumlare. En liten arbetsplats och stort kök. I hyran ingår städ- och städredskap, husgeråd samt sänglinnen. Djur och rökning är inte tillåtet och barnfamiljer undanbedes.

Härligt semesterboende för den som gillar djur och natur! Här finns möjlighet att fiska, bada, vandra och cykla. I närområdet finns ett flertal naturreservat samt vandrings- och cykelleder. Ni har tillgång till enklare roddbåt (flytvästar kan lånas) och egen badvik eller så kan ni låna vår brygga där man kan dyka eller fiska. Vi finns mellan Örebro och Karlskoga i Norhammar. Handdukar och lakan medtages av gästen. För en extra kostnad finns det att hyra av värden.

Our studio, built in 2016 is situated close to the city but still in the countryside. There are three beds - one single bed at the loft and a sofa bed (queen size) in the combined kitchen and living room. If there are requests, we can also arrange space for a fourth person on a mattress at the loft. Large bathroom with sauna. 28 sqm with bathroom and loft. Pool and garden are shared with the host family. A newly built outdoor gym is 100 meters from the studio.

Fyra bäddar med möjlighet till fler i 90 kvm stor, möblerad stuga i äldre interiör. 12 km till Örebro, 3 km till Glanshammar med den service man behöver, 2 km till Hjälmaren och nära till naturen. I närheten finns flera naturreservat, sex badplatser, lokalt hantverk och flera sommarcaféer. Här hemma på gården delar gästen exteriöra utrymmen med värdfamiljens barn och djur. Här finns hästar, hund och katt. Lägg märke till att det är 200 meter till motorvägen.

The house is located in the middle of the forest, it is very quiet and peaceful. Perfect for getting away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. There are 3 lakes within 20 minutes walking distance and there are more than enough opportunities for walking, cycling, mountain biking, swimming, boating, motorcycling, etc. Open canoes (2) and the hot tub are available for rent. Charcoal is available for purchase.

Charming cabins by the lake.

Two small charming cottages right by the lake with swimming & fishing nearby. This place has a lovely front porch with evening sun & a fireplace/grill by the deck. There are 3 bikes & a canoe for guests to borrow. There is **no running water** in the cabin but we supply 30 litres of drinking water; there is rain water in a tap by the outhouse to wash hands. We supply bedding & towels.
