Casita Café is a little lake cabin for couples in love. A stunning lakefront at a stone's throw of the Laguna de Apoyo. Location is awesome! Feel full comfort even in the middle of the wilderness. Comes with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, bring your food and drinks for a cookout on our folkloric BBQ. Take our kayaks on the lake, watch birds and other animals all around. Unique private island experience close to center!

Isla Mirabel is located less than 5 minutes from Marina Cocibolca and 10 min from the colonial Granada. The island is full of exuberant flowers and fruit trees and has and a beautiful view of the Mombacho volcano. The glass house blends in with the trees, providing privacy for your stay. Swim, kayak, or simply enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Transportation at check in and out is included. Extra transportation is $6 round trip. There are 3 restaurants right there at the port.

Waterfront property located at Laguna de Apoyo. Relax in the infinity pool or take a swim in the lake where you will find hot thermals nearby. 2 kayaks & 24 hour security. High speed wireless network and cable TV. Separate A/C units are in each bedroom. Due to extremly high cost of electricity, the price includes A/C from 10pm to 7am. Additional A/C service is $20/day. There is a casita also located on the property that is occupied at times with shared driveway access.

This is a home away from home, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom semi detached house with a shared pool and laundry services. (There are 2 separate rental homes on the same area of land.) There is a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge area with comfortable seating, 300mbps internet throughout, 130+ Claro tv channels on a smart tv. Situated in central Catarina you are 2 minutes walk from the mirador and the local bars and restaurants. This is one of Nicaragua’s best kept secrets.
