In a Villa's ground floor is located 44 m² apartment in a peaceful suburb of the town of Zadar, only 80 meters far from the sea. It is approximately 20 minutes away from the town center in walking distance (some 1200 m), and in only 5 minutes in a pleasant walk by the seaside you will arrive to the largest beach of the town of Zadar, called Uskok.

This brand new villa is located directly next to the beach in a quiet location. The villa consists of three bedrooms, a living room with a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bathrooms and a toilet. All rooms are air-conditioned and have a private bathroom and TV. Private parking, jacuzzi, barbecue and heated swimming pool are available to our guests. Near the accommodation there is a restaurant and a supermarket. From the terrace you can enjoy the beautiful view and the sunset.

Die immergrüne Insel Olib liegt zwischen Zadar und Losinj. Die Ferienwohnung liegt im ersten Stock und ist sehr hell. Ausgestattet mit Vorraum, Doppelbett im Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Dusche und WC und mit einem Wohnraum mit vollwertigem Doppelbett zum ausziehen, Küche, Essplatz und Sitzgelegenheit. Vor dem Haus ist ein kleiner Garten mit Sitz- und Grillmöglichkeit und am Dach eine 100m² große Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick über die Inselwelt und das Meer.

It is located at the end of the main beach, 300m from the center. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels, paddlerboards, kayak, bicycles are included in the price. The resort also includes a restaurant and reception. Possibility to rent a jacuzzi on the roof terrace, massages, etc. ​

The apartment has a parking space for 4 cars. There is a terrace in the shade with a barbecue ideal for socializing with friends. Free use of kayaks for guest apartments.
