Klimatyzacja, bezprzewodowy dostęp do Internetu, telewizja satelitarna, zmywarka, pralka, łóżeczko dziecięce i krzesełko do karmienia oraz parking na terenie posesji są dostępne bezpłatnie. Sklep i restauracja oddalone są o 350 m, a centrum wyspy Vir o 2000 m. Najbliższa plaża, plaża Miljkovica, oddalona jest od posiadłości o 450 m.
