Accommodation unit size is 23 m2 + 47 m2 (terrace). This accommodation unit welcomes pets at an additional charge.On terace you can make a barbecue. For this accommodation unit the final cleaning fee is included in the total price. Your vehicle will have a guaranteed parking space. The following service facilities are reachable by a walk: supermarket,restaurant,caffe bar.Apartment have a free parking.Near the house is bus station (100 m )to Omiš and Split.

Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. Other way on right side has 80 stairs to get the beach. Just perfect place for you to spend your holidays. Souranded with a nature just perfect place to relax and feel the adriatic sea.

The house from the Omis postcard is located in the old part of town, below the Mirabela fortress. Built on the Omis rock more than 200 years ago, it has been owned by us for the last 50 years, and was renovated in 2024. The house is only a few meters away from restaurants, markets, the beach and cultural sights. Omiš is a city that has a river, sea, mountains... and a soul. In addition to beautiful beaches, there are also activities such as rafting, canyoning, zipline...

Official name of the house is "Vacation house Hacienda" in Čisla. The house will provide you with perfect privacy and dream holidays. House is close enough to the all local attractions but still far enough from traffic jams, disturbing noises or anything else that can distract you from your relaxation. It is up to you what you want to do during your holidays, zipline ride or chill next to the heated pool. P.S. Pool temperature is about 24-27 degrees celsius.
