Het is een sfeervol huis met twee slaapkamers, eigen keuken en badkamer, woonkamer, eetkamer en een riante zonnige tuin. Dichtbij het Muiderslot ( Amsterdam Castle). Veel restaurants, gratis parkeer gelegenheid, dichtbij strand van het IJsselmeer, vlakbij mooie wandel & fietsroutes. Binnen 30 minuten bent u in het centrum van Amsterdam! Met de bus van Muiden P+R ( 15 min lopen) of met de trein vanuit Weesp.

Op slechts 15 minuten vanaf het centrum van Amsterdam, en op een steenworp afstand van het pittoreske Broek in Waterland, ligt mijn woonark. Om het erf te bereiken maak je gebruik van een klein pontje, om zo de Broekervaart over te steken. Het pontje is overigens privébezit, en wordt alleen door mijn gasten gebruikt.

The location of the houseboat is quiet, visually spacious thanks to the harbor and river, but it's also very Central. Amsterdam Central Station is 13 to 15 minutes walking or (4 min by bus). Also the famous "Jordaan" area is right on walking distance. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the boat.and yes you have your own shower and toilet

This beautiful house is located on a small island in Aalsmeer and can only be reached by water. Naturally, we provide you with a boat equipped with an electric outboard motor. If needed, we’ll teach you how to operate the boat and tie knots. Upon arrival, we’ll pick you up with our boat. Your adventure-filled stay begins here! There is also plenty of space to dock your own boat if you wish.

Gorgeous houseboat moored on historic canal. The B&B is 60 m2, with ample living space, an open kitchen, a bedroom and bathroom. Outside is a large deck. Perfect for a couple, not for guests who have trouble with steep stairs The boat is called “Musard” and was built in 1922 in Rouen, France. We live in the rear end of the boat and our guests stay in the front.
