This playful cabin offers a unique spot to unwind and explore the Schoodic peninsula and Downeast Maine. Kayaks are provided to explore island studded 462 acre Jones pond, a 10 minute walk down a trail. A 10 minute drives brings you to the less visited Schoodic section of Acadia NP, where a network of hiking and biking trails lace the coastal forests and dramatic rocky coast. Nearby Winter Harbor has shops and restaurants and even a ferry across the bay to Bar Harbor and Mount Desert Island.

Lavender by the Sea

The Cottage rests over the end of Penobscot River as it opens into the Bay. The Cottage will comfortably accommodate two. The Cottage has a spacious bedroom, full kitchen, dining area, den and an all season porch with rockers. From Cottage there are views of the water and the lavender gardens. The gardens are terraced with a path down to the sea. The Carriage House Suite is available for an additional fee. it has has two bedrooms, a full bath and a sitting area. It can easily sleep four.

Welcome to our Pinecone Cabin at Dickens Farms in Eastbrook, Maine. We have four beautifully decorated cabins, with water access to Abrams Pond. Enjoy walks down our gravel road or fish from the dock and swim. You will find everything you need for a relaxing getaway in this clean, comfortable cabin. You are a short drive from Acadia National Park where you can hike the carriage trails, see the sunrise from Cadillac Mountain, and take day trips to browse antique stores along the coast.
