We are offering our home with 60 m² (650 sqft) of living space and 36 m² (390 sqft) of terrace space on the famous Yongkang street. Please note that the apartment is a 5th floor walk up with NO lift/elevator. Reduced headroom height in the shower so not suitable for anyone taller than 1.85 m (6 ft). Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate kids or infants. Be aware that you will have to spend time to sort and take out your own rubbish to be collected at appointed times with rubbish trucks.

Tha apartment is located in central Taipei just near Taipei most important universitys( Taiwan university and shi da university), it's really suitable for foreigners students that want to came to study in one of those university, or backpacker that just came here to visit Taiwan. many restaurants, shops and transportation is convenient. The apartment it's located on the 13 floor the elevator arrive until the 12 floor , it have a huge balcony with an amazing view towards 101 tower.

This spacious flat is in a very convenient location right in the Shida market, 400m to TaiPower Station and 300m to Ubike. It is in a traditional walk up building but on the second floor (first floor in Europe) so only one flight of stairs to climb. There are two large wardrobes and double beds. Sofa in living room can sleep one comfortably. There is a 7-11 1-min walk away and a Carrefour 3-mins walk away, plus many eating options around. Also very close to Yongkang street.
