There's 2 swings - 1 on the pier and 1 under the porch, a fire pit, and tons of room for a big cookout! party barge can be rented

Small kitchenette with fridge, microwave and coffee pot. 2 air conditioners and electric heaters. Restaurant onsite (Magnolia Cafe) hours Tuesday through Sunday 10am until 3 pm.
