They operated Brockert's Plumbing business in the back of the building. And at the end of the day, they're apartment located at the front corner of the building was there place to rest and relax after a long day of work, hence, the "Cozy Corner". This place has been updated with all new furniture and appliances.

This stylish apartment is part of my 1904 historic home, which once housed miners and operated as a BnB.
