They are completely private spaces, so you have your own private entrance, space, room and bathroom with a shared backyard

Located in a quiet, family-oriented, neighborhood close to shopping/malls, restaurants, highways and Gilbert's trendy downtown area. Less than 30 min. to PHX Sky Harbor airport and downtown Phoenix, including MLB spring training baseball fields. Driveway parking, private entrance, private kitchenette, bathroom, and walk in closet. Space has a Queen Bed in the Bedroom and an optional Queen Air Mattress and pack and play provided. Wifi, TV and Roku included for streaming. Personal AC and heater.

Relax and unwind in this oasis in the desert uplands of Mesa. This is a guest apartment attached to the main house on a 1 acre property. It has it's own entrance, a fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of off street guest parking. You will be very close to both Saguaro and Canyon Lakes, the Salt River, and plenty of hiking, biking, horseback riding, kayaking, shooting, off-roading, and more. While it feels remote it's less than 5 minutes from the 202 and within minutes of shopping and restaurants.

Detached casita with bedroom & en suite bathroom with keurig, fridge, & microwave. There is no kitchen or living room. Smart TV with premium cable and HBO, and you can log in to your Netflix account. I have mugs and some disposable dishes and silverware for you. It is a quiet and private area for a tranquil trip. It is very close to the 202 freeway, with shops, restaurants, and golf courses just minutes away. Usery Mountain Park is mins away & Saguaro lake is 15-20 mins away. Airport 25 mins.
