The Ponte Vecchio is 200 meters away and in a 5 minutes walk, you can reach the city center. The water boiler sometimes needs to be restarted. It's outside of the kitchen, there in an on/off button, you just need to turn it on and off. If all the utilities are on at the same time the light may go down, the breaker is next to the main entrance, inside the apartment. I also work for a hot air balloon company, if you are up for some adventure, you just need to ask me. The apartment is in the heart of ancient Florence—perfect for exploring the many nearby landmarks. You won't need a car, everything is at walking distance. In case you will arrive with a rented car, there is a parking next to the aparment that charges 35eur/day.

The small romantic apartment lies in 'San Niccolò' areas on the left side of the river Arno, in a quiet position inside the ancient city walls, just less than ten minutes' walk along the banks of the river Arno to the Ponte Vecchio. It consists of the upper half of a two storey seventeenth century mews cottage, approached through an archway from a small and silent road: from the private street door, a staircase will lead you up to the living room with dining area and sofa bed, a small but well equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, separate spacious wardrobes and ensuite bathroom. The apartment has a mobile air conditioned and two fans.From its strategic position on the left side of the Arno, 'San Niccolò' gives you the opportunity to be right in the heart of the city, close to its main museums and monuments, but also to take pleasant walks through the secret paths that climb the surrounding hills up to Piazzale Michelangelo and to enjoy the characteristic atmosphere of the area with its medieval streets, its small shops, open air restaurants, trattorie and cafés. 'in a part of the historical centre well known for its peaceful atmosphere and its small restaurants, facing both the river, the ancient walls surrounding the medieval city and the hills around Florence. This is a perfect location if you want to easily walk through the city, its monuments and its museums, but also if you want to escape from its noise and confusion enjoying a romantic hideaway in the heart of medieval Florence.

The San Niccolò neighborhood was once a working class neighborhood which has been gentrified and is now considered to be one of the most authentic and chic quarters of Florence. It’s located in the heart of town on the left bank of the Arno, just a 5 minute walk from major monuments, is full of bars, art galleries, and very close to the city’s most beautiful gardens. The studio apartment has a queen size bed, sofa bed and equipped kitchen, overlooks Via di San Niccolò with a view of the tower.

The apartment is located in the quiet neighborhood of San Niccolò, one of the oldest and more characteristic in Florence, few minutes walking from the most important museums and monuments. It is at the second floor (NO LIFT) of a typical Florentine little house. There is an entrance, a sitting room with kitchen and a dining table, a corridor, 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Many nice restaurants and bars are nearby. Few minutes to Piazzale Michelangelo: the best view over Florence.

Appartamento dotato di aria condizionata , in stile fiorentino con cucina dotata di tutti gli accessori che possono servire tipo: piano cottura, forno , microonde, tostapane , stoviglie.... divano in pelle e tv , un tavolo dove poter mangiare. Ogni stanza ha finestre , molto luminoso con meravigliosi affacci sul verde e sulle mura del 1300 che circondano Firenze .letto matrimoniale in pelle bianco un bagno molto grande con una doccia gigante con finestra , cabina armadio e lavanderia .
