For guests who are feeling energetic, the pool has a powerful jet that creates a strong current to swim against. The pool can be heated upon request. There is a separate office connected to the house which can be used for remote working or as a peaceful yoga studio.

The villa enjoys a unique rural location. Set on a spacious private plot, fully enclosed by a stone wall and metal fencing. The beautiful rural setting provides the perfect atmosphere! A small pebble beach can be reached after a short walk through a wild stony pathway. Only in 5-8' driving you are in all the amenities! The Venetian Residence is the ideal spot to explore the old city of Chania but also the countryside of the region. The nearest beach is 10 min. on foot.
