Relax and put your feet up in this peaceful hideaway, down a back section in the heart of Windsor. A 5-minute walk from the shopping centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, boutique shops, pizzeria, fish and chips and cafes. A short stroll away is the Waihopai River Walkway, the beautiful Queens Park is a 10-minute walk away, and 10 minutes drive to the city centre. Please note the 2nd bed is a fold out couch (it is extra) and the guesthouse is beside our garage (so you may hear the garage door).

Queens Park, a paradise of cool climate gardens & walkways, is nearby. Bluff is only a 20 minute drive away. 1 1/2 -2 hours drive from Queenstown, Te Anau, Central Otago.

Welcome to Anne Street a small but perfectly formed standalone house. Newly renovated and super stylish - Scandi with a nod to the 70's. Fully fenced and private in a great location. Anne Street is a quick 20 minute walk to the central city and a 10 minute walk to our favorite restaurant Buster Crabb. Peter & I live next door and happy to help with queries etc. Just a few minutes from the Windsor shops, including New World. The main shops are only 10 minutes away, as is most of Invercargill!
