Our Pawleys Island house on the water is a 3,770 s.f. home that appeals to families with kids, groups & snowbirds. Two families renovated & decorated home in 2017. Pawleys Island is oldest seaside community in U.S. Property overlooks marsh & you can hear the ocean from our backyard. Drive to beach 12 minutes away. Our spot provides more privacy than beachfront homes. View is breathtaking at all times of day & year. Like us, you may find yourselves choosing the marsh over the beach some days.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, set in a small neighborhood but close to all the local restaurants and attractions. This two bedroom one and a half bath home sits right on the inlet you can spend time kayaking, fishing catching crabs or just relax and enjoy the beautiful birds. The home has so many restaurants close by it will be hard to choose. There are fishing charters close by as well as golf and all Myrtle Beach and Huntington State beach is just down the street. 🐾 ok

Located 1 mile from the ICW and approximately 3 miles from Pawleys Island’s beaches.Plenty of room to park a boat or motorcycles. The studio has a brand new kitchen with new cabinets and appliances, perfect for whipping up a quick breakfast.Historic Georgetown is a quick 15 min.There's also Brookgreen Gardens,and the shops and restaurants of Pawleys Island. Beach chairs & towels and a 2 person kayak available.

Live Oak Lodge at Mauresina River Plantation

Take it easy at this unique waterfront home! Live Oak Lodge sits right on the Sampit river. It has its own boat ramp and fishing dock. There is a marina on the property where you can dock your boat. The marina is the only shared part of the property . It has oyster bar with fridge and sink. The house has massive decks and porches that give you unbeilable views of river and wildlife! The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths,2 kitchens,2 screened porches, game room and incredible living room!

Beach access is easy, just a 5 minute walk over the little bridge. This home is tastefully decorated with views to die for. Watch the sun go down with a glass of wine while you watch the birds fly by each evening!
