Bienvenue dans notre "studio des artiste" indépendant, duplex et adossé à notre maison de famille en campagne genevoise. Vous y accédez avec votre propre escalier extérieur. Très lumineux, calme et paisible. Vous avez accès à la terrasse et au barbecue en été. Parfait pour un couple, pour se reposer, y vivre et trouver de l'inspiration pour peindre, jouer de la musique ou écrire. Une place de parc. Chambre à coucher avec un lit double, sur la mezzanine avec escalier pour y accéder.

Petit studio calme et confortable dans le quartier de la Servette. Face à un grand parc, très proche de l'arrêt de tram 14 et 18, 15 minutes à pied de la gare, 15 minutes à pied de l'ONU. Très proche des supermarchés, magasins et restaurants. Cet espace est ma maison, que je mets sur Airbnb lorsque je pars en vacances. Vous y trouverez mes effets personnels, que je vous remercie infiniment de traiter avec le plus grand soin. L'appartement a une vue sur une cour intérieure très calme.
