Affordable place to stay for leisure or work purposes. Located in commute friendly and accessible community. The house will be exclusively use by the guest where only 1 bedroom (out of 2) will be occupied. It is townhouse with no gate, with garage provisioned for 1 car. IMPORTANT NOTE: Requests to shorten the stay are allowed; however, a ₱500 reservation fee per shortened day will be charged to cover potential loss in case the dates cannot be rebooked.
