There is a big room with a fireplace, decorated with traditional furniture where you can enjoy your meals or spend cozy evenings, playing board games and drinking whine or Bavarian beer. In the kitchen next to the electric stove there is an old-fashioned kitchen oven where you can boil your tea water in a traditional way, but don`t worry, there is also an electric kettle. Beautiful, quiet and bright apartment with terrace and private entrance. Through the separate outdoor entrance you can reach the apartment in the basement of the house. It offers a living room with dining table, chairs and kitchen and an exit to the terrace. In the hallway there is a wardrobe and plenty storage space. The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet as well as a large washbasin. Directly attached (without a door) is the bedroom with 1.40m bed and wardrobe.

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.
