40 Acre Escalante Canyon Retreat

This river front home tucked in between large cottonwood shade trees with views on all sides of the Escalante Canyon, meadows, cliffs, and river. Hike from the front door to first class scenic wonders. There are natural wonders right out the front door and within an hour's drive. Look for deer and wild turkey in the meadow in the mornings and evenings and watch the cloud shadows change over the canyon walls. Head up or down the canyon into rugged wilderness, and return home to comfort.

The apartment has a designated parking area, a private covered outside entrance, and it's own patio with table and chairs where you can relax and enjoy small town America and the surrounding views.

Stationed on Main street, you are within walking distance of Grocery Stores, Restaurants, and Tourist Shops throughout Panguitch. Conveniently located, only 30 min to Bryce Canyon, 50 min to Brian Head Ski Resort, & 1 hr to Zions! With self check-in you can come and go anytime you please. There is free parking right outside the cottage. This cottage gives freedom to match any of your unique adventures!

The house has wonderful views, is peaceful and comfortable. It is located on the edge of the Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument and is centrally located with easy access to hiking, biking, and exploring. Southwestern Retreat is just a few blocks off Highway 12, an All American Highway, and is located between Bryce Canyon National Park and Capitol Reef National Park. The house has a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

We are located only 20 mins scenic drive to Bryce Canyon NP, 10 min drive to Kodachrome Basin State Park and right at the door step to Grand Staircase Escalante National Monument, 1.5 hrs drive to Capitol Reef NP, 1.5 hrs to Zion NP as well as many other great surrounding places to visit!
