We are a family run resort and strive to keep a fun, safe family atmosphere here on the property and ask our guest to do the same. Come and stay on our beautiful 100 acre horse ranch with amazing views minutes from Carbondale. Enjoy acres of rolling pastures and hiking trails in the woods. All the sounds and intimacy of camping but with luxury, away and quiet but close to town for a dinner out or take in. A truly magical experience. All on a farm with horses, cows, pigs, alpacas, chickens. Get up with french pressed coffee, farm fresh eggs you’ve collected and our yummy bacon. At night just sit on your deck star gazing.

Welcome to our beautiful mountain home with easy skiing access, between Glenwood and Aspen/Snowmass ski resort. A great spot to relax in the hot tub after a long day of skiing or hiking. This 3 bed / 2.5 bath home has an amazing backyard/deck with hot tub, fire pit, and grill. Recently added blackout curtains to all bedrooms. The inside is mountain modern with comfy couches, kitchen amenities, and ping pong table! Enjoy the tennis courts, golf course and walking/biking trails with river access.

Luxurious one bedroom cottage located directly on the banks of the Roaring Fork River, over 300 feet of gold medal waters, your own private boat launch. Enjoy the riverside campfire and gazebo for outdoor dining while watching rafts and dory boats float by. Expect to see some of our common sightings of eagles, ospreys, great blue heron, deer and elk. Southern exposure allows for gorgeous sunrises and sunsets while the beautifully landscape property includes idyllic ponds, streams and gardens.

Edge of the Wild - Guest House @ R Farm

1100sf, single story guest house that's a couple minutes from the town of Rifle, yet backs up to vast open space. Sheltered from view of the highway by trees, boasts tremendous sunsets over the Roan Cliffs, and views of the Hogbacks and Mamm Peak. "R Farm" is a developing farm w/ sheep, goats, chickens, ducks, dogs, and cats. The guest house is adjacent to our family home and near the barn. Abundant opportunities for local outdoor enthusiasts exist or simply stay and enjoy the abundance.
