Close to El Camino College, the 405 , 91, 110 freeways. 20 minutes to the beach (Redondo Beach 5 mi, Hermosa Beach 5.7 mi, Manhattan Beach 6 mi). LAX 25 minutes (7mi) 20-30 minutes to downtown LA (11 mi) 30 minutes to Venice Beach (11 mi) I am a Los Angeles native so if you have any questions, feel free to ask! No pets allowed.
