Off grid cottage set in the heart of the Little Karoo within the Touwsberg Nature and Game Reserve. The reserve is well known for it's biodiverse fauna and flora and stunning scenery. Located off Route 62, midway between Barrydale and Ladismith, accessible with an average car/sedan, that has at least 17cm off ground clearance. The Cottage is well equipped, with indoor fireplace, cosy and completely private - the perfect Winter stay. Note: cell/3G reception requires a 2 minute walk; no wifi.

Harvey's Cottage

Harvey’s Cottage is a private, cottage with artistic charm, set in a quiet central neighbourhood. Ideal for a relaxing holiday, overnight or business stay. It is in close proximity to the private and state hospital and 15 minutes drive to beaches and airport. Harvey’s Cottage has its own separate and private entrance as well as parking. It has a spacious open plan Loft bedroom. Downstairs a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine dining area, bathroom, sitting room and private deck.

Cape Dutch cottage in a beautiful private garden on large 18-hectare property in Plettenberg Bay, the premier resort town in South Africa. The farm is surrounded by 1000's hectares of forest with plenty of bird and wildlife. 15kms of hiking and cycle trails direct from your doorstep. Completely self-contained and separate from the estate house. Situated on the Bitou River just 6klm’s from Plettenberg Bay. Known for its bird life, cycling & running trails & just far enough out of town to experience a slower pace of living. A 5 or 10 minute drive to our nearest world renowned wine estates & multiple blue flag beaches to choose from.

On the beach Seaside cottage

Seaside cottage is situated on Wilderness main beach. The cottage has no sea views from the bedrooms but only from the balcony upstairs. Beautiful sea views from the comman area on the grass. Walking distance to the Wilderness village. Ideal getaway for all couples and families. ( not ideal for small children, stairs in cottage and open balcony) No safety gate at stairs. The property is fully walled and has secure parking on the premises for one vehicle.

Wilderness Cottage

The cottage is decorated with an African theme in mind. It’s in a residential area, attached to the main house, but is private and has it’s own entrance. Our property overlooks the Nature Reserve. The view is spectacular and one can hear the Fish Eagle’s call from the cliffs above. Often we get a visit from a bush buck at the fence as well as the shy Knysna Loerie. We are a family of four and welcome guests to come and experience this tranquil space!

Beachcomber Cottage @ Springerbay

Beachcomber Cottage, is a bright and welcoming, solar powered holiday home, set in the beautiful Springerbaai Coastal Estate, with panoramic views of the sea, bay and mountains. The estate boasts access to a pristine sandy beach within around 600 meters from the cottage and also offers a bird hide for bird and game viewing. Everything about Beachcomber Cottage is stylish, fresh, comfortable , and quality. Perfect for couples and small family groups.

The perfect stopover en route to Oudtshoorn, the world-renowned Swartberg Pass and the beautiful Garden Route. While in easy walking distance of all shops and restaurants, our self-catering cottage is perfectly situated on the edge of the village. Relax in style and enjoy traditional Karoo hospitality.

Goose cottage, situated in a fynbos estate.

Self catering, fully equipped large cottage with top end appliances and luxury bathroom. Very private, with gorgeous views of the Knysna lagoon. Guests will enjoy sleeping on beautiful queen slay bed with Egyptian cotton bedding, and a single bed. Kitchen has gas hob and microwave. Lots of private parking and close to town and eating spots. Camp cot available. Goose cottage is off the grid, so during loadshedding we are fully functional.

When we first opened our spot we were truly over the hills and far away... now the village has grown around us a bit, but the place can still feel pretty secluded. The architect-designed house mixes inside/outside space with plenty of room for family.. Explore wetland, river and the Langeberg mountains. With plenty of comforts this spot is paradise for children, dogs and a retreat for adults.

Bird Haven - a place like no other.

Situated within a Bird Sanctuary, inside the Wilderness Bushcamp, this cottage offers what we consider the best views in the Wilderness. 75 square meter interior and 25 square meter deck makes this the perfect location for two couples or a family. The cottage is situated in 9 hectares of indigenous forest with uninterrupted views of the ocean and lakes. A perfect place to relax and unwind.

As you enter the space, you will feel the outside world melt away. You won't see another person, structure, or anything else but nature, making it the perfect place to detach, relax and recharge.
