Our cozy corner house is within 900 feet to the popular greenbelt where you can enjoy the Boise River and a variety of activities. Take in a Boise Hawks baseball game or head to the fairgrounds or see a concert at the Revolution Concert House, all within a 1 mile drive. If you like skiing, Bogus Basin Ski Resort is 22 miles away. Many restaurants, shopping and social gathering places close by. This house is a comfortable modern home located in a quiet neighborhood. In the Sunset area of Boise's north end. Beautiful old homes, tree lined streets and close to downtown, the greenbelt and the foothills. This is a 2nd floor studio apartment with a private entrance. Provided is a full bathroom with shower, refrigerator, oven, sink, and all the stuff you need to cook with. Access for you and your pets to a private fenced garden. Don't be surprised though if you have 3 furry creatures on the other side of the fence begging for some attention.

Studio Apartment attached to the little main house with 270 acres of public land as the backyard. Off leash hiking with developed trails and amazing views of Boise and the mountains. Eclectic decor that makes you feel right at home with an outside private sitting area. Uber or Lyft will only cost you a few dollars to safely get downtown for the breweries and amazing restaurants. April and Gary live in the main house and help host the airbnb.
