Charmingly named ‘Chandana’ (meaning ‘moonlight’), this is where our father and his cousins spent their holidays. Chandana is now in our care to maintain and preserve. Our heritage home is now refurbished with minimal structural changes to maintain Chandana's original spirit and style. So it remains a serene yet lively and welcoming family home, we would like others to enjoy!

New 2BD house in Coconut Plantation with 17m Pool

Cocoya is a working coconut and cinnamon plantation. Our house Sama means "Peace" in Sinhalese. It is designed to be a simple, open and spacious plantation home that connects with nature. It features an open living space, a kitchen and direct access to a 17m pool. Upstairs we have a master suite and junior bedroom that share a balcony with plantation views. Both have ensuite open-air showers. Guests enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and exclusive pool access. We do not have air-conditioning.

Our homes were designed to give a sense of privacy and space, bringing you close to nature to rest and be inspired by. Kabalana beach is a 5min walk away.

Built in 1956, Dragon-Fly house is very spacious and peaceful. It is ideal for celebrating an event or practising Yoga. The main house has a brand new roof! We have excellent wifi coverage. With a large verandah and open spaces in most rooms, you can enjoy it like home. It boasts a large kitchen, with an American fridge, an Air fryer, an oven, a coffee maker and all the mod cons to allow for easy cooking. There is one other room set apart from the main house, which I normally use.

A shared infinity fresh water pool only for the use of the 2 properties within same the compound. Driver’s bed space can be arranged at a nearby location on prior request and charged separately.
