This cozy studio in seaside is recently renovated it includes most necessary amenities. There is a beautiful front yard below with a waterfall/ pond and fire pit area that is shared with front unit. The studio has a gas fireplace and lots of skylights for plenty of light. Nice ocean views PS: This is an upstairs unit with a staircase to enter the studio, if you have a problem climbing stairs this might not be the right fit for you. Come stay at our newly fully renovated beach townhouse. Each stay includes 2 guest passes to Monterey Bay Aquarium worth $99 total. The space features comfortable bedrooms downstairs and beautiful open living space upstairs. Our big deck areas will sure be the perfect place for you to have a lively outdoor lunch or share a quiet dinner toast after a long day on the beach. Marina state beach is 5 mins, Downtown Monterey 15 mins and Pebble beach is about 25 mins drive.

The Sleeper: cozy private suite, entrance & bath.

A comfortable space with private entrance and bathroom. Light & airy with high ceilings and garden view through a large picture window. Queen size bed, ceiling fan, gas heater\fireplace, 35" flat screen swivel TV, Keurig coffee maker, and a large roll-in shower. Mini fridge, microwave, spacious patio & fenced yard right outside the door. There is NO KITCHEN. Dogs welcome with pre approval. $25.00 dog fee per stay. Due to extreme allergies cats are not allowed.

The washer and dryer is available inside the garage if needed. They're also laundry detergent, softner, and dryer sheets on the cabinet above washer. Im available 24hrs everyday of your stay for any questions. The house is nestled in the hills of Seaside with gorgeous views of Monterey. Del Monte Beach’s boardwalk is a 10-minute drive away, as are walking trails at Laguna Grande Regional Park. An array of shopping and dining is a short drive away.
