There are walking paths in front of the house, leading you through the stunning Welsh landscape; Llyn Tegid (Lake Bala) is a 5 minute drive away and Yr Wyddfa (Mount Snowdon) 60 minutes. The beaches by the Llyn Peninsula and Barmouth are only 45m away. Pet free.

Shops, restaurants and pubs are situated in Bala which you can reach by road or on foot along a footpath. We live in the village and available to recommend places to eat and visit.
