The Seamist is located on "the quietside" of the island. Six minutes from Southwest Harbor and thirty minutes to Bar Harbor, the Seamist also offers guests private hot tub access! Manset is on the "quiet" side of the island and we love being here! Our apartment is situated in a larger building with another apartment upstairs and a commercial space—presently occupied by us. A neighborhood with boat building history and current activity. A short walk down to Manset (rocky) shore. Seawall picnic area is not far away via car/bicycle down the main road as are Wonderland and Ship Harbor trails. Update for 2025: Now with a king bed, desk and washer/dryer combo unit!
