Private Apartment in Vibrant West Asheville

Located in trendy West Asheville, one block from the French Broad River. Walking distance to New Belgium, as well as, other local restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops. This space is the lower level of our home built in 2013. The space is 900 sqft. It has its own entrance and back patio as well as a separate hot water heater from the rest of the home. Each room has its own mini split unit for a/c and heat. The kitchenette has a coffee maker, fridge, microwave, hot plate, and Instapot.

This cabin is close to Western Carolina University ( about 4 miles), Cullowhee, Sylva and Cashiers, NC. You’ll love this home because of the views, the coziness, woodburning fireplace, firepit, convenience and unique decorations ( I call it the museum in honor of my grandparents). In addition to two bedrooms, there are bunk beds in the loft for the kids. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets).
