Phillips Farm is a 2 story farm house seated in the middle of 25+ acres of beautiful green land; flanked by cows, a pond, and a convenient paved FM roadway. The house has 4 bedrooms 3 1/2 baths; one is handicap equipped; fully equipped kitchen with utensils for all your culinary needs; a small two seater bar. The outside covered pavilion is 55x60 feet, a perfect place for your outsides activities rain or shine. Play ping-pong or watch a 65 in. TV. or play a game of pool. Come soon and enjoy!

Equipped w/ Fiber internet, 2 65" TVs (when you're not doing lake things!), a game room, & a remote workspace. Enjoy fishing and/or boating by utilizing the community boat ramp. There is space on the property to park your boat.
