Although no sea view from the unit itself you can fall asleep while listening to the waves crashing at night. Lovely tidal pools to bathe in or to fish. The main Blue flag beach is a short stroll away. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a firepit, braai area outside in the private garden area. Owners willing to assist wherever needed.

The beach is accessed directly from the top of the garden. It is from the top of the dune that you can enjoy the sunrise, sundowners or whale watching in season Pennington is 80 kms from Durban & 600kms from Johannesburg. This friendly coastal village is warm year round & home to Umdoni Forest boasting good birds fauna & flora

A 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive will take you to the swimming beach and nearby grocery shops, take-aways and restaurants. Just 25 minutes away from the city of Durban, this quiet spot makes for the ideal holiday or business stay. Please note: We do not permit parties on the property. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, close to the beach with a sea view. whole top floor of the house. 2 Bedrooms, one kingsize and a further bedroom with a double and single. Kitchen, Lounge, bathroom and separate w.c. Lovely balcony with sea views and space for a small bbq. Use of the covered veranda and fire pit areas. Welcome to our family-friendly 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom cottage on Black Rock River. Enjoy views from the undercover deck and watch the swallows nesting in summer. The lagoon is perfect for swimming, fishing, and kayaking to the beach. Guests can use the river deck, braai area, and kayaks. The unit features a queen bed, kids’ room with a 3/4 bunk bed, WiFi, TV, a 2-plate gas stove, air fryer, and microwave. Secure parking behind an automatic gate, plus there are three friendly dogs on-site!
