We do live upstairs, you are renting a walkin basement, and have use of outdoor spaces.

Feel refreshed when you stay in this rustic gem! The Springhouse is nestled in the rolling hills of Northern Virginia’s Wine Country! Originally constructed in the early 1800's, the structure was built over a natural spring that was used for refrigeration. Water from the spring maintains a constant cool temperature throughout the year while also filling a pond. The original stone well, channel and stone flooring are all intact for guests to explore and experience how our ancestors lived.

The spacious farm house is welcoming, lending itself to memorable family time or a place to work with no distractions. Large kitchen includes a brand new stove/oven and sink - fully equipped for all your cooking needs.

Escape the crowded city! This luxury log home is an off-grid solar powered house, and is perfect for your next corporate retreat, or family getaway. It is very private in a heavily wooded area with beautiful forest views. The home is located at the base of Sugarloaf Mountain, and is walking distance to hiking trails. With accommodations for eight guests it is perfect for a getaway with friends and family, wedding parties and work retreats. The house received a meticulous restoration that includes all mechanical systems and a modern addition with a gourmet kitchen and master bedroom. The property also includes a three car garage as well as a restored smoke house and log cabin.

Peace and Plenty Farm is a 40+ acre, stunning rural escape located in Frederick County, two miles from Historic New Market, 45 minutes from Gettysburg, and an hour from Baltimore or Washington D.C. Feel free to explore our farm’s trails and hidden gems, play yard games with the family, or swim in our lap pool (open from June through October). Our generous space is suitable for a couple's getaway, a weekend with friends, a family vacation, a working vacation, or a quiet retreat.
