Guests enjoy shared access to a sauna, exercise equipment , firepit, and gas BBQ, along with hiking and cross-country ski trails on the property. A peaceful retreat just 35 minutes from Smugglers’ Notch, 25 minutes to Lake Champlain, 40 minutes to Burlington, and 1.5 hours from downtown Montréal.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis on lake Champlain right off interstate I89 on the Canadian border in a private estate with 6 beach accesses throughout, also a boat ramp for fisherman!! ICE fishing as well, (ask me about an ice fishing shanty rental) Very nice quiet neighborhood, watch the beautiful sunsets at the waterfront next to a nice cozy camp fire on the beach or on the deck grilling food and playing corn-hole, great WIFI connection.
