Tucked away next to Titus Mountain Family Ski Center and the Salmon River, this cottage is ideal for a couple or small family. With a spacious kitchen, dining room, living room and half bath on the first floor and three bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor, this comfortable house is a great place for a break. You can walk to the Salmon River, and the main lift at Titus is right across the street. Enjoy your meals in the newly renovated sunroom and watch the sunset from the covered porch.

We have a fully equipped kitchen, but if you don't feel like cooking, one of Lake Placid's busiest restaurants is located right next door. There is in-floor heat in the bathroom, a full-size washer and dryer and the bedrooms have wall-mounted AC. You will have your own private deck with gas grill, and access to Mirror Lake. The rustic barn has open floor plans upstairs and down; odorless, waterless composting toilet; separate shower room; patio w/ fire-pit, and wood-fired stove. Upstairs, the communal sleeping space has queen and twin beds suitable for a family or CLOSE friends. 7 minutes from downtown. Well-equipped kitchen, yet no dishwasher. Private trail leads to a secluded, woodland lean-to and crosses onto state land. The trail continues informally and summits Little Seymour with great views. Permit #200059

Overlook Lean-to

Have an amazing view of the stars when you stay with us at our hill-top lean-to. Located on 50 acres, this private lean-to is the perfect place to sleep under the moon-light. No tent needed but you will want the rest of your camping gear. We'd love to help you plan your activities for your trip! Our property includes miles of hiking & mountain biking trails and there's a resident hawk that lives/hunts near the lean-to. Great place for birding and moose tracks have been seen at the lean-to :)

Cottage at Split Rock Farm

"Relax in cool comfort, quiet, restful beauty"...this is how the brochure read in 1948 at Split Rock Farm! Our goal is to restore these features for our guests in the same location. The cottage is attached to the original farmhouse, built in 1890, located across the street from the iconic Split Rock. It has been recently renovated with new flooring, new beds (1 queen, 1 full), cable TV and WiFi, washer and dryer, new electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen and dining essentials.
