Close to the Historic Square (you may have seen it in the movie Groundhog Day) you can easily walk to unique shops, cafes, and restaurants. Enjoy time at our centrally-located, family-friendly home. Close by, you'll find a public fishing dock and the popular Phil's Beach. A peaceful space with an outside patio and grill, perfect for relaxing at end of day. We also have a large driveway that can accommodate your boat making it easy to enjoy a day on Bangs Lake or a short 15 min trip to Fox Lake. Nearby attractions include the Volo Museum, Jurassic Gardens, and Lake County Discovery Museum. Please note the backyard is not fenced in.

Because this property is located at the end of Lake Como and at the end of a private road it offers seclusion and intimacy while being only 3 miles from downtown Lake Geneva. The lake is great fishing for largemouth bass as well as northern pike, a 16' 3" foot aluminum fishing boat with a 10 hp motor is available at no extra charge as well as a canoe and 2 kayaks . The pier goes in May 1st and comes out sometime after October 15 otherwise the boats without a motor can be launched from shore.

Escape to this beautiful 5-acre country retreat, located a short drive from Lauderdale Lakes, Alpine Valley, and Lake Geneva. The cabin features two kitchens, two family rooms, a year around outdoor hot tub, a game room, and five bedrooms with comfortable king-sized beds. The master suite also includes a steam room for added luxury. Spend your days enjoying the great outdoors with a game of beach volleyball or roasting marshmallows around a bonfire, while taking in the fresh midwestern air.

Victory Reigns Ranch Horse Hotel and Bed and Breakfast boasts a beautiful ranch setting close to Deer Run Forest Preserve, Oak Ridge Forest Preserve and other equestrian trails. *Come with or without your horse. We also have an RV hookup if needed along with spacious trailer and RV parking. *If interested in horse boarding during your stay a 12 x 12 barn stall is $35 per night. Private pasture turn out available for $25 per horse per night. Trailer hook up is $35 per night per trailer.
