Walking to hiking trails, a 2 minute drive to FH downtown, 10 minutes to Scottsdale, or 35 minutes to Sky Harbor.

Very quiet neighborhood located within walking distance of 3 restaurants. Remodeled in 2024 with all new furnishings (except the antique brass bed in the 2nd bedroom). The kitchen is fully stocked with condiments as well, plus a keurig machine and coffee pods. Unique that we have mango trees, guava trees, and a papaya tree plus a lemon tree.
