It's important to note that the jacuzzi incurs an additional cost of $40 USD. To utilize it, kindly provide a minimum two-hour notice for activation. Our Southwestern-styled guesthouse is a private studio apartment complete with a kitchen and bathroom. We have a comfortable queen-sized bed. Our quiet guesthouse has great access to the interstate and is an easy five minute drive from most Yuma attractions (the Colorado river, quaint coffee shops, shopping, great restaurants, and movie theater in Old Town Yuma) The tile floor and fenced in backyard make it an ideal spot for those traveling with pets.

Relaxing family home in a safe and lovely Neighborhood. It’s a comfy rustic farmhouse in the Desert. House has great lighting from skylights in the home and comfortable beds. My favorite part of the House: the master shower is 7 foot long by 4 feet wide with a skylight overhead. 5 to 13 mins to grocery stores, golf courses, parks, churches, restaurants. 18 minutes to Algo Dones, Mexico, 40 mins from Lake Martinez, or the Sand Dunes
